Will EZ Connector Magnetic 7-Way Trailer Connector Fit in Cab and Chassis Square Well in Bed
Question:
I have a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Cab/chassis with a flat bead installed. My gooseneck ball is located in a square well in the flat bed along with the trailer connection for the electrical. How much clearance is needed for the EZ Connector. If a picture is needed for an illustration, please let me know. Thank you

The back of the EZ Connector Magnetic 7-Way Trailer Connector with 8' Long Cable # 319-S7-10 plug measures about 2-3/8" from where it connects to the vehicle-side connector which is about the same as what you find with a standard 7-Way so you should be just fine with your current clearance.
The part mentioned above is the trailer end with a storage-type of base unit for when you aren't using it. If you're wanting to add this system to your towing setup then you need the kit # 319-R7-01 which comes with the vehicle and trailer end connectors.
