Replacement Parts for 3,500 Pound Titan Disc Brakes on 1997 EZ Loader Starcraft Trailer

Hi, I have a 1997 EZ Loader Starcraft which was converted to Titan Disc Brakes the product code T4843200. I am trying to find replacement parts for the kit bearings, pads but couldnt find them sold separately. Could you help with specs or part numbers? Thanks!

The correct replacement brake pads for your Titan Disc Brake kit are the Kodiak Ceramic Brake Pads # K225CP. This uses a # L68149 inner and # L44649 outer bearing. The correct bearing kit would be the # BK2-100.
