Since both a ST145/R12 size tire, like the Kenda Karrier S-Trail # AM10130, and a 5.30-12 size tire, like the Kenda K353 # AM10068, fit a 12 inch wheel, a ST145/R12 size tire can replace a 5.30-12 size tire.

Keep in mind that these tires do have slightly different diameters and widths though, so you will want to do some measuring to make sure that the ST145/R12 tire will fit on your trailer.

The 5.30-12 tire that you currently have has a section width of 5.3 inches and has a diameter of 21.9 inches. The ST145/R12 size tire that you are wanting to replace it with has a section width of 5.7 inches and has a diameter of 21.3 inches. Since the section width of the ST145/R12 tire is about 1/2 an inch wider you will want to make sure that you have enough clearance with the trailer frame as it sits about 1/4 of an inch closer. It shouldn't be a problem but it is always best practice to double check clearances.

Review videos on both tires that I mentioned have been linked for you to reference.

I would like to increase my tire size width and height from 5.30x12 and have a four lug rim Not sure I can get a 14” rim with a 215/75r 14 I do have room for a bit bigger though

We don't have any 14" wheels that feature a 4 bolt pattern, so if you really wanted to make this change the hubs would need to be replaced as well (if possible). I think a less dramatic change would be with an ST17580D13 tire/wheel like the Kenda Loadstar # AM3S130. This will be about 2.1" larger in diameter and an inch larger in width.
