The Curt Class III Drawbar # C45270 is made in the USA. It has a 4" drop and a 2" rise with a weight capacity of 7,500 lbs..

The Convert-A-Ball Interchangeable Ball Set # 900b is also made in the USA. This will allow you to quickly change from a 1-7/8" ball to a 2" or 2-5/16" without having to remove the ball or draw bar from your receiver.

I certainly can, I went out into our warehouse and grabbed a Curt Ball Mount part #C45270 to grab the dimension you asked for plus a few extras just in case.

The Curt ball mount part #C45270 fits a 2 inch hitch, has 4 inches of drop and is longer at 13 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole.

It's hard to totally visualize your issue but typically a long ball mount can help to give extra clearance like the #D-26. This ball mount has a length of 12-5/8 inches.
