Compatible 9" Drop Shank For A Fastway E2 Weight Distribution System
Question:
I have a Fastway E2 hitch rated for 1000 # tongue weight with round bar sway control. I added Timbren SES and upgraded my round bars from 8,000 to 10,000# My camper is now 4 1/2 inches higher at A frame than rear. I have about a 6 in already and think a 9 would get me close to level. The bounce is unbearable as it is and feels very unsafe. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Ram 1500 5.7l Hemi 4x4 Crew cab 3.92 gears towing 35 ft Forest River Super light TT 8500 GVWR

The Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank - 12" Long - 13" Rise, 9" Drop # EQ90-02-4400 you were looking at has a 9" drop and should help level your Forest River Super Light travel trailer back out. Your Fastway E2 weight distribution system is going to be taking the load off of the rear suspension so adding the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System in as well is going to give you the bouncy, rough ride you've been experiencing. You'll want to remove them to alleviate the bounce.
