Are the holes 3/4 in to fit curt weight distribution set up?

The holes on the shank are indeed 3/4 inches in diameter and spaced 1-1/4 inches apart on the Blue Ox shank:
- Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution Shank for 2" Hitches # BXW4002
This means it is absolutely compatible with your Curt weight distribution set up, and will give you a maximum rise of 10-1/2 inches or a maximum drop of 14-1/2 inches.
