Expert Reply:
If your 2003 Ford F-350 has a factory installed 4-Way wiring harness then to add a 7-Way you will need adapter # HM47200. You can then follow the installation instructions outlined in the FAQ article I have linked for you.
To add a 7-Way in the bed after you have installed the rear 7-Way you will need to use harness # 41157. This will basically plug in line with the rear 7-Way and the long cable allows you to mount the 7-Way receptacle in the truck bed.
