Recommended Replacement Actuator for GDC-80

Question:

I have a 2004 Heritage Baja tandem axle trailer with disc brakes. The GDC80 brake actuator has failed and I am looking for a replacement. It appears to have 3 pins that hold the internal together and the outside is welded. It is a 2 5/16 ball coupler and an internal shock absorber as well. Let me know if you need any more information or if you have a direct replacement for this model. Thanks

We've got some nice options to replace the GDC-80 actuator you've got that will bolt up to a 3 inch channel tongue.

I recommend using the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator - Disc # T4747200 (for disc brakes) or the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator - Drum # T4079200 (for drum brakes), which both have 8000-lbs capacities and fit 2-5/16" hitch balls, so they're the same specs as your GDC-80.
