There will be a few parts needed to add electric brakes to your trailer.

First, you will need to have a flange on the axle that a brake would bolt to. If you do not currently have this flange, you will need to add something like the Brake Mounting Flange # 4-35. This is designed for a 2 3/8" axle and will have a standard bolt pattern for a 3,500 pound braking set-up.

With that being said, the etrailer.com # AKEBRK-35-SA will bolt directly to the # 4-35 with the # BRKH10B mounting hardware. These self-adjusting brakes do not require periodic manual adjustment like standard brakes would, so they are a lot easier to live with. These will also mate with the # AKHD-545-35-G-EZ-K, but you will need to double check your bearings to make sure they match.

From there you will need some wiring components. the 7 Way trailer connector # H20046 will plug directly into the 7 Way on a vehicle and will have all the needed wires to get everything working on the trailer. It is also highly recommended that a break away system, like # 3802308, is used. The junction box # 3430001-JBK will make the install quite a bit easier as well.
