Question:
What is the length of the shank on the interchangeable hitch ball PN 105TB? Will it accommodate the addition of a bolt on 3/8 inch thick sway control plate? Thanks

I had our warehouse measure the Convert-A-Ball Interchangeable Ball Set # 105TB you were looking at and the threaded shank measures 3" long as you can see in the included diagram.
This should be plenty long for you to use a 3/8" thick sway control plate and still have enough threads for the nut to be secured properly assuming you are using a standard ball mount and not one that is extra thick where the hitch ball gets installed.
