The difference in the Timbrens for your 2023 Ford F-150 is that the # TFRTT1504E is very stiff and designed only for things like trucks that have a salt spreader or truck bed camper on them - basically if there is constant weight on the suspension.

For standard trailer towing by far the better option is the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR1504E.
