I am looking for replacements for the jacks in the photos. I know they are approximately 28.5inch retracted and they are 12000lb. each

The replacement Bulldog landing gear you'd need to replace what you have would be the part # BD183903 for the driver leg and part # BD182805 for the follower leg.
