The clamp-on syle tie downs that you referenced are not a confirmed fit for your truck.

If your 2016 Ford F-150 with 6-1/2' bed does not have a running boards that extend under the bed, then the TorkLift # TLF2018-TLF3007 would be a perfect fit and will be a sturdy frame mounted choice. Works with trucks that have, or do not have, a factory hitch installed.

You will also need turnbuckles to secure your camper to your frame mounted tie downs. A good choice is the HappiJac # LC182895 set of 4.
