The Brophy Camper Hold Downs, # HSSF, should work well with your 2010 Ford F-150. I spoke with my contact at Brophy and she has not had any complaints of a fit issue since Ford changed the design in 2009.
To be absolutely certain that these hold downs will fit your truck, I recommend looking at your truck bed. I can tell you that you will need at least 2 inches of space under the top of the truck bed side wall for the hold downs to fit properly. Some trucks will have double walls near the top of the side walls which does not provide enough space for the hold downs.
