We do have what you need but I checked with Yakima for you and the part you mentioned will not work with a Yakima FourTimer bike rack.

Instead, there are a couple of parts you that you need, and I verified this with Yakima for you:

- Replacement Hitch Bolt and Clip # Y8890200

- Replacement Nut Retainer # Y90254

For the Yakima FourTimer, you'd use the #Y8890200 anti-rattle hitch bolt. I've confirmed this with Yakima.Y8890200

I checked with Yakima and for their Fourtimer bike rack part #Y02469 the correct hitch bolt is the part #8890260 and then for the matching lock assembly you'd need the #8820048.

The part #Y8890200 is 4-1/2 inches long which may be longer than what you currently have since some of the pins are only 4 inches long.

Sounds like you are looking for a replacement hitch pin bolt #Y8890200 for an older Yakima Roc'N Gate bike rack. The size wrench you would use to install or remove this bolt is 15/16 inch.
