I checked with Yakima and for their Fourtimer bike rack part #Y02469 the correct hitch bolt is the part #8890260 and then for the matching lock assembly you'd need the #8820048.

The Replacement Short Arm #C32WR does fit onto a 1-1/4" post found on the Curt Platform Rack #C18085. We do also have the Long Arm #C67HR which fits on the same post only with a longer hook.
