If you have the B&W Patriot bed rails like part # BWRVK2502 for the 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 then the Curt Spyder part # 16085 will more than likely fit as long as you have 20-1/2" between the slots pointed out in the attached diagram. Since they are industry standard rails there shouldn't be an issue.
