Question:
What do you think is the best trailer hitch for my 2019 Subaru WRX and why? What about trailer wiring, what do you recommend?

For a lot of cars it can be difficult to decipher what the best trailer hitch receiver is because of the similarities, but for your 2019 Subaru WRX, the best hitch is very easily the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7257 for a number of key reasons.
The first reason is that it is the only hitch for a '19 WRX with a 2 inch receiver, which is important because it will allow you to carry more and heavier accessories. In a number of our customer reviews and photos, you'll see they are using the WRX to carry a dirt bike, which wouldn't be possible with the other hitches that fit your car. The other reason the EcoHitch is the best for your WRX is that it is completely hidden so you have a totally clean appearance. The accompanying photo of this hitch on a 2019 Subaru WRX shows how it will look when installed on your car. I've also added a link to a video install of the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7257 on a '19 WRX for you to check out.
In regards to trailer wiring, I recommend the Curt Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56259 because it is the most reliable wiring harness available for your 2019 WRX. With this connector I also highly recommend using Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755 to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector and extend its lifespan.
