I am not sure which kit exactly that you are referring to but all of the ones we offer will work with the LED's on your 2019 Ford Ranger. I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15267 because it has a spot for you to run a charge line if needed and the umbilical cord is very durable so it will last a long time. This will work just fine with LED's.
