Please provide bolt hole spacing dimension for Leaf Spring Hanger Item 28-5.

The holes atop the Front/Center/Rear Hanger for Double-Eye Springs part # 28-5 are spaced 1-3/4" apart on center. Please note these are not bolt holes as leaf spring hangers cannot be bolted to the frame because they must be welded. The holes atop this hanger are for weld buttons to help keep them in place.

The bolt hole spacing for the CE Smith Front/Rear Hanger Bracket for Double-Eye Springs #CE14026G is 4-3/8" x 1-5/8". I've attached a dimensional photo for you to check out as well as a review video to reference.
