How Long are Curt Round Bar Spring Bars
Question:
How long are the spring bars that come with c17050? I have a pop up that doesn’t have an opening on the frame for the brackets until about 35 inches away from the hitch ball. Can I mount the brackets about 35 inches away from the ball with this spring bar?

I spoke with Curt and spring bars of the WD system # C17150 has an overall length of 30-5/8 inches and the diameter is 1-1/4 inches where it fits into the head. The length is measured from the center of the end that fits in the head to the center point between the holes of the small u-bolt that chain attaches to.
So what you can do hopefully is install a set of bolt on brackets like the part # C17005 to the frame where the spring bars need to be which allows you to bypass the interference issue you have.
