I have a 16 shank and need a hitch head and round bars that can do 6000lbs and 600lbs tw min. Does the shank length lower or raise the totals and what part do you recommend with that shaft

Assuming you're talking about the length of your shank being 16" long, then no the length of your shank will not affect the capacity of your weight distribution system.
That being said, if you're looking for a complete system I recommend going with the Curt MV Weight Distribution System # C17050.
This weight distribution system has a maximum tongue weight capacity of up to 600lbs, with a maximum towing weight capacity of 6,000lbs, like you mention and they are round bars as well.
This system does come with a 12" WDS shank and we do not sell a system like this without the the shank, but since you have your own shank already, you don't have to use it.
