Parts Needed to Flat Tow 2017 Ford Explorer
Question:
Will these parts work for my vehicle: Blue Ox base plate BX2668, Blue Ox Alpha tow bar BX7380, RM15267 wire kit, RM766 battery disconnect, Blue Ox BLU37TR supp brake system, RM9332 12v outlet kit, seat stiffener BRK2503? Likely will need a dual hitch adapter 6inch RM 077-6 for flat towing and kayak/bike carrier but not sure of the proper length yet. Any other parts needed?

Yes, the parts you mentioned are the correct parts you need to flat tow your 2017 Ford Explorer. The base plate kit part # BX2668 is the correct kit for your vehicle, the Alpha tow bar part # BX7380 is a fantastic option that you'll really like as it has non-binding arms and is very easy to use.
The Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 is a great kit too for wiring as it allows you to control the taillights of the vehicle with the motorhomes trailer wiring and does not require cutting into the taillight housings.
The Blue Ox Patriot part # BLU37TR is very easy to use and setup with the seat stiffener # BRK2503. You will also need the outlet kit # RM-9332 since the battery needs to be disconnected.
Most likely you will need a high low adapter too like the part # RM-077-6 so that the tow bar will sit level. I attached a page that shows how to pick the one you'd need out as well.
