For bunk brackets we have CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10000G-4 as well as others at different lengths. To attach the brackets to the trailer frame you can use U-bolts such as # CE15283GA-2 which are 3-13/16 inches long, 3-1/16 inches wide, and have a 1/2 inch diameter. Or you could use # CE15283GA-4 which is the same thing only it comes with 4 U-bolts instead of 2.

These mounting slots, are a length of 2-3/4 of an inch. There is a width of a 1/2 inch spacing in between the slots. The swivel bracket portion has overall length of 3-1/2 inches. The overall width measures 1-3/8 of an inch. The overall height is 2 inches tall. The pre-drilled holes on the brackets diameter is 3/8 of an inch. The measurement separating the two center on center portion, is 2-1/2 inches. Nuts and washers are used to make the connections.

I have a video attached with all the measurements.

Connect the swivel brackets # CE10000G-4 to connect to the wooden bunks. You will just need galvanized wood screws.
