The psi rating for the Titan BrakeRite I Plug and Play Electric-Hydraulic Actuator Kit # T4813102 that you referenced is 1,600 psi as that's the correct rating for disc brake applications.

To use this with lower PSI drum brake applications you'd need the part # T4844100 which is a pressure reducer.
