How Many Grommets go On the End of Each Shock on the Lippert Trailer Shock Kit # LC281255
Question:
All your diagrams and your video show both the grommets at each end of the shock stacked together on one side of the mounting plates. I do see one diagram showing proper assembly. You call yourselves experts in this product, so you either dont see the mistakes or dont think anyone will notice. Seeing this just makes me want to move on to the next self proclaimed expert. I see the product as a great addition to my TT, but cant help but think this oversight says things about your company that sits uneasy. Do I really spend my money at a place that overlooks this tiny detail about their product presentation?

I attached two pictures for you to check out. One that shows how we installed the grommets on the shocks of the kit # LC281255 that you referenced for our pictures and another that I took from the install instructions that shows how the grommets are supposed to install.
You'll notice that they are both installed the same way.
