How to Position the Lippert Shocks on a Single Axle Trailer

Question:

Just wondering...do the shocks get mounted in the same direction on a single axle trailer like in the photo in the installation instructions which shows a tandem axle set up. Thanks.

The installation process of the Lippert Components Bolt-On Shock Kit part # LC281255 will be the same for a single axle trailer and a tandem/triple axle trailer, just repeated. When installing the shocks, you want to point them away from the shackle straps.

I have attached a photo of this for you as well.

Are you looking for a suspension enhancement system like the Lippert shocks mentioned above, or are you simply replacing existing suspension components on the trailer? Do you know what the actual axle capacity of the trailer is?
