4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness Needed for a 2006 Toyota Sequoia
Question:
Hello, I have 2006 Toyota Sequoia that presently does not have the tow package. I plan on purchasing the Draw-Tite for this SUV. My question is given that there currently no tow package on my suv will there be additional parts needed to get the lighting package to work? I only need the 4-way connector. Thanks for your help.

Installation of a 4-Way wiring harness on a 2006 Toyota Sequoia requires a Upgraded Circuit Protected Modulite with 4 Pole Harness, item # C59496. You will need to splice the wires from this kit into the wires behind the vehicle tail lights.
You can then upgrade the 4-Way connector, at any time, by using the Brake Controller Installation Kit, item # ETBC7. This kit includes all of the extra wires, circuit breakers and connectors needed to complete the installation of a 7-Way at the rear of your Sequoia.
Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, item # 75126, for your 2006 Toyota Sequoia is a great choice for towing and carrying bike racks or cargo carriers.
