I was wondering if there is any drilling required to installing the trailer hitch....code 12051 for a 2011 Cheverolet Malibu LT Thank you

To install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 12051, on your 2011 Chevrolet Malibu LT you will need to drill 2 holes that are 17/32 of an inch. There is a template included with part # 12051 so that you drill in the correct spots. All of the hitches available for the 2011 Malibu require drilling to install.
A drawbar, pin and clip come included with part # 12051. To complete your towing setup, you may be interested in the following:
