Trailer Hitch for a 2016 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 with Factory Step Bumper

We recieved a hitch 75549 Draw-tite for the 2016 Sprinter 2500 srw. It doesnt fit with the factory step bumper, will the 13358 work for this unit?

As you have found out Draw-Tite hitch # 75549 is for models without the factory step bumper. Curt hitch # 13358 and Draw-Tite hitch # 75601 are designed for models with a 144 inch and 170 inch wheelbases and that have the factory step bumper so yes, the Curt hitch # 13358 is a fit!
