What are the bolt sizes to needed to install a curt hitch 13408 on a 2006 jeep wrangler

The trailer hitch part # 13408 comes with install bolts that are 7/16-14 x 1 3/4 and M12 - 1.75 x 50mm. These are Grade 5.
