As long as the bed in your 2011 GMC Sierra 2500HD is not a double-wall and it is not a step side or dually then you can use the Brophy camper tie downs, # HSSF or the angled down ones part # HSAB that you referenced. I also recommend the hardware package # TDHP to complete the set up. I have linked the instructions for the tie downs for you.
