Best Trailer Hitch Recommendation for a 2015 Ford Fusion for Towing Trailer and Carrying Bike Rack

I have a 2015 Ford Fusion and I am looking for a trailer hitch for it. I plan to throw on a U-haul trailer at some point and drive across country with everything I own in it. Outside of that, I want to have a trailer hitch mounted bike rack on it. Which of the three models would you suggest for this? For your 2015 Ford Fusion the best hitch for you will be the Draw-Tite part # 24897. Unlike the Curt it does not require the use of a stabilizer strap when carrying a non-supported load like the bike rack you mentioned planning on towing.

For a hitch ball you would want the part # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball or part # 19258 for a 2 inch ball.
For trailer wiring you would then want the part # 118574 which is a custom fit harness for your vehicle. I attached an install video for this product for you to check out as well.
