Can Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Brake Assemblies Replace Standard Brake Assemblies

my current trailer has 23-180 and 23-181. 12 x 2 Can I substitute with dexter never adjust?

The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Brake Assembly # 23-464 and # 23-465 will work great as replacements for the exiting Dexter brake assemblies # 23-180 and # 23-181 on your trailer. The # 23-464 and # 23-465 are designed to fit 7,000 pound axles and do not require manual adjustment.

There are two differences between the 6K and 7K brake assemblies. For the 7K, they use a semi-metallic compound on the brake shoes instead of the composite compound, and the magnets are stronger. This gives the brake assemblies more stopping power.…
