Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this replacement Sidewind Handle Shaft Bushing for the 7,000 pound etrailer and Ram Square Direct Weld Jacks. Now this part here will replace one of the handle shaft bushings that's on your etrailer or Ram sidewind jack that has a 7,000 pound capacity. It is designed for the part number TJD-7000S series jacks, which do sell separately on our website. This part is a steel construction, and this bushing is designed to install in the jack housing, and it holds the crank handle in place and allows it to rotate properly.

Replaces 1 of the handle bushings from your etrailer or Ram square, direct-weld, sidewind jack with a 7,000-lb capacity. Designed for TJD-7000S Series jacks.Perfect fit for my 7000# 1/2" shaft and square stock jack. Easy installation. Took 10 mins to change out after I got trailer tongue supported. Slide clip around upper gear to the side just enough to remove shear pin. I used a magnetic pen to remove shear pin, then put clip back in its groove. I choose to replace both bushings. After replacing the bushings slide handle back into front bushing, as you start shaft through gear besure and have shear pin hole vertical and mesh with lower gear. Continue sliding handle through gear,spacer, then into rear bushing. Slide clip back and align hole and reinsert shear pin. Restore clip to ensure shear pin stays in place. Crank should operate smoothly and add some fresh grease and Reinstall cover. Thanks etrailer for the ability to repair instead of replacing the complete jack as other trailer places would have you do.
Perfect fit. Very difficult replacement part to find. This bushing is exactly what I needed. The standard gearing and handle replacement kit does not include the bushing. Thanks so much
very happy to get my parts but i made a boo-boo the sidewind bushings were to big for handle and the square jack my fault i don't want to return them but was wondering if you have more of a selection of bushing's also i don't really no the make and model of the jack i have. the replacement cap fit perfect.
Disappointed that the same exact part was sent twice. We talked to customer service and sent multiple pictures and measurements. Even requested multiple times that company take new handle and match the bushing before sending. Disappointed in lack of accuracy.
Parts ordered put damaged trailer jack back in perfect working condition. Parts fit exactly as orginal equipment. Thanks for prompt shipping.

This bushing fit perfectly and worked like a charm in stableizing my Sidewind Handle on my RAM tongue jack. No more warbeling. The handle is secure in it's slot and now cranks like new. Thank you.
The bushings fit the trailer jack handle with no problems. Took 20 min. to replace the bad bushings on my jack and I was on my way.
