The hitch looks great and I really like the finish on it. I have not gotten it installed yet. I am having a problem getting the tailpipe hanger off. Also, the installation shown in the video shows the hitch mounted outside of the tailpipe. The tailpipe on my Kia Carnival is outside the frame. When I get installed, I will send photos. I also purchased the wiring harness and I am happy to inform you, I do have the installed plug.

Shipping was quick and very easy to install. Took less than an hour. But packaging was poor, only wrapped in plastic. Also, there’s scratches and marks all over it. Kinda disappointing when you spend money on something that’s supposed to be brand new and arrives banged up.
The hitch is exactly what I wanted and have been thoroughly pleased with it. Installation was very straightforward and I appreciate the videos.
Easy install. Took about 1 hr by myself. I used two ramps, two jacks to hold hitch in place, flat head screw driver for exhaust hangar, socket wrench with a socket swivel. Cutting tool for driver side panel. Great quality hitch. Solid!!

Easiest hitch Ive installed yet. I did not need to undo the exhaust all the way like the video recommended which made it even easier. Wiring plugged right in. Easy day. About an hour.
So far so good, local shop did the install for [XX]$, no wiring harness just for bikes. KIA dealership wanted $[XXXX], and uhaul didn’t have it yet in stock. This is a 2022 Carnival Prestige
Order was delivered on time and placed in front of the garage door. Order appears correct but I have not unwrapped it yet.
Came with everything pictured. The packaging wasn't too great as it was pretty scratched up on the ends. It was the part that the bolts go through which is fully underneath the vehicle so it is not noticeable. The actually center tubbing and hitch connector were packaged well. Pretty easy to install by yourself on a 2022 Kia Carnival. Only "special" tool you will need is the bending elbow connector for your socket to help you reach the difficult bolts.

The hitch had scuff marks and scratches, most likely from shipping
Very unhappy with the condition my item arrived in, the way it was shipped in just plastic wrap- no box- and customer service. I reached out via email prior to writing a review giving them the benefit of the doubt. After a week, I was sent two identical automated emails not addressing the way it was shipped nor an answer on how they were going to resolve it. I did not demand a return or exchange, I understand it's a hitch and dents and dings will happen but when I was informed they are shipped in 'double walled cardboard boxes' and I stated twice it was shipped in plastic wrap, I am very disappointed with this company and would 100% NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Product has exceeded my expectations! Very durable and no issues whatsoever.
Simple easy install. Five stars for product, one star for packaging. I have same complaint that I saw on other reviews, poor packing, or I should say no packing. It was shrink wrapped in plastic no protection at all. Could of at least bubble wrapped it first. Product had numerous scratches some down to metal which was shocking. It is a hitch that mounts under vehicle and is going to get nicked up, so I went ahead and installed.

When it comes to shipping hitches, it is very common for them to arrive with scratches. We recommend using a rust-oleum type paint to cover the scratches. This will prevent any corrosion in the future. I have a link attached for your reference. I have also sent this over to customer service for them to reach out to you.

This trailer is just what we needed....good looking, easy to install, and fairly priced. Highly recommended over dealer's one...
Install was easy but the wrapping of the hitch receiver was poor! Scratches, scrapes, and even rust on the corner. Not happy how it was packaged.

This is a great hitch. We had to play around with the bolting sequence, since the drilled holes just barely lines up with the car, but we did eventually get it to bolt into place. This hitch is super sturdy and looks great.
I was able to get this installed on my 2022 Kia Carnival in about an hour by myself. It was not the most fun I have ever had but the product was packaged well, came in great condition and was instructions were very easy to follow along to get it installed correctly the first time. I did watch the etrailer installation video to make sure it was done correctly as it was very helpful (thank you Brad).
Sent with no packaging, just plastic wrap, so scuffed on arrival. Have to get it replaced
A little disappointed in the delivery. No box, just wrapped in plastic with minimal protection for delivery so did come with scrapes. Overall the installation wasn't too bad. The toughest part is removing the exhaust from the hangers which still did not give much room for inserting bolts on passenger side. We have had great experience with Curt Trailer Hitches so I'm sure it will be great for our bike rack like the others have.
The Hitch is just what I needed
Fits great. Install.is straight forward. Only thing I would recommend is the instead of the second isolator beside the muffler. Just take off the 2 bolts to the back "muffler tip" pipe an remove that whole 4 foot section an the bolts can be installed without any special swivel tools or anything. Fitment is great. Wiring harness that I order with it was literally 2 seconds to install.
Direction are great. Minus trying to install with the passenger side exhaust peice still in. Remove the peice tighten bolts an reinstall. Still giving 5 stars as whole install was under 30mins.
Hitch and wiring harness delivered in three days! Just as ordered. Really great service and a good fit!

Hey thank you for letting us know. What I recommend is touching up the hitch with a rust resistant paint like Rustoleum. Over time the hitch will experience nicks from road debris. It is a good idea to inspect the hitch and touch it up if you notice these spots.
