Both fit your '24 Carnival, with the only difference between the two being the finish. The Curt has a glossier finish than the matte black finish of the etrailer hitch, so you can choose which you prefer. The matte black finish is nice as it hides the inevitable scuffs and scratches better than the glossy finish, but if you don't feel strongly either way about the finish, then just go with the best price.
