  Yes, for Dexstar wheel 17-384 it is a 5 on 5 bolt pattern. Not very common nowadays but we do have some options. Wheel # AM20428 is a spoke wheel with the 5 on 5 bolt pattern or the mini-mod version is # AM20446DX. We have other 15 inch wheels with the 5 on 5 pattern, see link.   The capacity of the Dexstar wheel, # AM20428, is listed in the specs section on the product page. It is 1,820 pounds at 50 psi. All of the wheels we carry, unless otherwise noted, have a zero offset. This wheel has a zero offset as well. Some other important information is that it is a 15 inch wheel, 5 inches wide from bead to bead. It has a 5 on 5 bolt pattern. The bolt size is 1/2-20 inches, and the pilot hole (center hole) is 3.19 inches.

  From the pictures you provided, you do indeed have a 5 on 5 bolt pattern. This isn't the most common bolt pattern though so if you were thinking about replacing the hubs as well, I do recommend swapping to the much more common 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern.   I would not recommend using passenger vehicle tires on your tandem axle boat trailer. You will only want to use trailer tires that have the letters ST in the size. ST stands for Special Trailer tire, which is meant to be used on boat and utility trailers. Trailer tires have a thicker side wall and are designed for carrying trailer loads.
