Video Transcript for Go Power RV Inverters 342GPDCKIT2 Review

Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the 110 amp installation kit for the Go Power 12 volt or 24 volt inverters. Now this installation kit will include everything that you need to connect your inverter to your battery. This is a 110 amp installation kit, so it's designed for 12 volt inverters, 600 to 1000 watt size, and 24 volt inverters, 600 to 1800 watt size. The kit will include everything laid out here on the table. It has 10 feet of the red number four gauge wire cable, 10 feet of the black number four gauge wire cable. The class T 110 amp inverter fuse with the block and the nice protective cover. And then all the necessary hardware, the clamps, screws, cable ties, to install it and a nice set of detailed instructions that will describe how to install it, even with good pictures. Now basically the installation on this kit is pretty simple, so I'm just going to briefly go through it.

What happens is this fuse block here is mounted on the positive cable near your battery. You'll take this red wire, cut it in two, with one piece of the red wire, one end will go to the positive side of the battery, other end goes to the side of the fuse block. The second piece of the red wire, one end goes to the other side of the fuse box and then the other end goes to the positive side of the inverter. This black wire here will connect, go to the negative battery side, directly to the negative side on the inverter. Simple as that and, again, it gives you a nice set of instructions that describe that. But that should do it for the review on the 110 amp installation kit for the Go Power 12 volt or 24 volt inverters..

  • Will Can Mini Everchill Refrigerator be Installed on Sea Ray Sundancer
The great thing about the Everchill Refrigerator for RVs # 324-000110 is that it is a universal design so you can definitely use it with your older Sea Ray Sundancer, just note the external dimensions of 17-1/2" wide x 17-3/4" deep x 19-1/2" tall so that you know it will fit. To get this to work with 12V power you just need an inverter. You can use the Go Power Inverter # 34280173 which is rated for 225 watts and then instead of using the alligator clips use the installation kit # 342GPDCKIT1...

  • Can Go Power Modified Sine Wave Inverter Power Plug-In Lights
Yes, you can absolutely use the Go Power Heavy-Duty Modified Sine Wave Inverter # 34280175 to power lamps or any other lighting that plugs into a standard North American AC outlet like what you see in the accompanying photo. This inverter is rated for 800 running watts, which is more than enough for any type of lamp you want to use and because it has two outlets, you can also power another accessory if you like. It is recommended you use the Installation Kit for Go Power Inverters # 342GPDCKIT2...

  • Is Fuse Needed to Connect Go Power Inverter to Battery
The Installation Kit for Go Power 12V or 24V Inverters # 342GPDCKIT2 has a T-fuse that is needed because it serves as protection for the connection made between the battery and 12V Inverters # 34280175, # 34280176 and # 34279948 as well as 24V Inverter # 34279951. This fuse is needed as a way to protect the inverter from direct overcurrent protection. I have added a link to a video review of this kit as well as the aforementioned Go Power Inverters.
