Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Wesbar four-pole flat connector. This connector provides simple efficient method for rewiring your trailer, with a four-way flat trailer end connector.So, this would hardwire into your trailer's wiring, and then it would provide the plug, which would plug into the tow vehicle to send the signals back to the trailer.It's a nice design. When it comes to the wiring, you actually have two brown wires on the unit. So, you have a singular white wire, and then you have two brown. One brown runs with the green, the other brown runs with the yellow. So, this gives it the wishbone design.
That way you can run your stop, and turn, and tail signals down each side of your trailer.The connector has a easy grip design on the sides, and it's easy to identify, because the wires are labeled. So, your white wire's your ground wire, and then on the actual brown and green wire, the green says right turn, so that would be right turn and brake, and then brown is taillights, and then yellow is your left turn and brake, or driver's side, and then brown that runs with that is for the taillights.That's gonna do it for today's look at the Wesbar four-pole flat connector.

The connector worked Great! Had 5 wires as needed. The appropriate wires were linked together and colored for recognition. I connected these with the existing harness and everything worked perfect the first time.
Just what I wanted. No one had one in stock in San Bernardino Ca. I searched auto parts, trailer supply and rental yards. i found plenty of 4 pin but with 4 wire harnesses, i needed a 4 pin 5 wire hook up. Took all of 35 minutes to install in 5 steps
1. tinned wires on connector and trailer
2. soldered wires together
3. installed shrink sleeve
4. wrapped harness in protective harness
5. hooked up to vehicle ops check good.

I could not find a 4 pin 5 wire harness at the local auto parts stores, this is exactly what I needed. Service was great and the harness arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date. Thanks etrailer!!

After one year of use, the wiring harness is performing exactly as I needed, thanks e-trailer.
I have a plug that was nearly broken so I looked at images to order this. Got it and put it on today. Perfect match for a 4 way flat wishbone plug.

After a year this product is still working and have no problem whatsoever. I give it 5 stars
Delivery time good! Product as described. Only issue is the white wire on connector came out of plug assem.E-trailer folks are great to work with on your trailer needs.

Now have connections issue with prongs making contact. Have cleaned still have issue. Lights on trailer blink going down road. Going to reorder and try one more time. I know its the connector you can twist it and lights will come on. Not a issue with trailer. GROUND is connected ????

As ordered needed 5 wire to 4 plug which, though widely used on landscape trailers, is not so easy to find
Theirs is just what was needed
The only complaint was lack of shipping and tracking info which they promptly responded to when questioned

This product worked wonderfully for my double jetski trailer. Splicing this in was definitely easier than rewiring the entire trailer. Extremely fast packing as well. Ordered on Sunday night. Packed and labeled Monday morning. It was on my porch by that friday.
