When installing the Curt # 13018 on your 1999 Mercedes ML430, you will need to remove the bumper fascia. However, this actually isn't as difficult as it sounds as it is just a few bolts and it's off. What I recommend when using the Prodigy RF # TK94FR with your F-150 that already has a brake controller is to simply unplug the in-cab controller from the truck. That way there is no way that they can interfere with each other.

You are correct, once you cut the white wire to ground the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 you will use that part of the white wire you cut off. You will wrap one end of the new white wire around the yellow and brown wire and route that bundle to the driver side taillight. If you're experiencing additional sag even with the SumoSprings installed then the Hellwig Pro Series Helper Springs # HE47QR will be able to help with that. However, these are not designed to lift the rear ride height. The only lifting that might happen is if your existing suspension is worn out which would take you back to factory ride height at best. Having the 4-way run out of the back hatch is actually the preferred method although it seems like it wouldn't be. Having the 4-way stored inside the cab of the keeps it protected from rain and moisture to prevent corrosion and keeps it protected from damage to the wiring or connector by rocks or debris that might be on the highway.

You need to make sure that all 6 bolts for the ComeUp Seal Slim Off-Road Winch # CU295051 are aligned and able to be installed for this application.
