The Sterling, part # RM-576, is a good tow bar so you definitely want to keep it. There aren't any Roadmaster base plate kits that fit the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee at this time so I recommend using the Blue Ox kit, part # BX1128, with the adapers # BX88151. That must have been an old video because the # 118382 harness has been discontinued since 2011. The current harness that fits your 2007 Jeep Liberty is from Tekonsha which is under the same parent company as the Tow Ready harness. The correct part number is # 118524.
