The Dometic Americana DM2652 you mention has actually been discontinued along with it's replacement parts. Since I don't have a direct replacement vent for you, you're going to have to take some quick measurements and see if any of the following will work.
If the cutout needing the vent measures 23-3/4" long and 6-3/4" wide, then the RV Refrigerator Roof Vent Cap and Base # DMC97FR for black or # DMC37FR for white will work great.

If your Jeep Cherokee came from the factory with a 7-way trailer socket at the rear bumper then there will be a brake controller connection port under the dash. In this case you can plug in a controller like the Prodigy P3 # 90195 or P2 # 90885 simply by using the wiring adapter # 3014-P.

The Roadmaster parts you've selected are a great choice to give you a high quality flat towing setup for your 2021 Jeep Cherokee, however there is one change I would make here. I'd recommend the Curt Class III hitch, part # C13172. This hitch features a concealed crossbar, so the only portion of the hitch that'll be visible from the rear is the receiver tube and the safety chain loops.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll need a few other items to complete your towing system. For a wiring harness, use # 118605, for a ball mount go with # D-28 and the # PC3 hitch pin. For a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball, use # 19260 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.

Thank you for you patience, I spoke to my tech guy at Roadmaster about the extra parts it says you need in the instructions.
The 1/4 inch check valve it calls for is to plug the vacuum line on the original vehicle so you can swap the systems back and forth with out causing a vacuum leak. This part you will not need at all because you are not swapping vehicles.

Since your new motorhome does not have air brakes, the current MandG 2.0 braking system will not work with your new MH or the Demco AirForce One # SM99243.
Since your new MH has hydraulic brakes, then you're going to need the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251.
