This fully welded trailer hitch receiver bolts onto your vehicle's frame with no welding required. Powder coated steel is sturdy and corrosion resistant.Everything came very quickly, all parts. Hitch seems really heavy duty and weighs around 50-60 lbs.. The metal frame plates are thick 1/4 - 3/8" thick steel, good large welds! The hitch did come scuffed up so now I have to paint these areas so they don't rust under the car. I was going to add more paint to this anyway, but still this shouldn't be. I will install soon. My photos won't upload.
This is an extremely durable and heavy duty trailer hitch. It fit perfectly on my 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited. The foot kick sensor still works just fine for the hands free liftgate. I just kick under the new hitch bar and point my toes up around the back and it works every time. I installed it myself. Tightened it with my socket wrench and went to an auto parts store to rent a torque wrench to tighten it up the rest of the way. I don't own one and didn't want to buy one just for six bolts. I trimmed a little bit of the plastic underbody panel with an oscillating trimmer tool, not the entire suggested piece in the instructions. Only what needed to be removed for the driver's side of the new hitch plate that is exposed.
Shipped quickly by ETrailer. Arrived promptly in perfect condition. Installed in less than 1 hour without lifting the vehicle. Some cutting of a plastic panel on drivers side required. Be sure that you have 20" wheels. The foot-operated rear gate switch still works fine! All is well as with many past orders from them!
A one person installation! With the online installation video in hand I was able to install the hitch and light wiring in 1.5 hrs. The hitch bolted up easily and the T light wiring kit was as simple as the online video explained. Best of all, this hitch looks good.
In my opinion- C45CR best and strongest Trailer Hitch for the price on the market.

I’ve hauled our utility trailer and bike rack about 10 times since purchase and it has performed as promised. Finish is unblemished.
The only thing I would recommend is better boxes. The hitch is always breaking out when I get it.
It seems great I don’t have a vehicle lift I didn’t it in the driveway took me about an hour, hour and half. The instructions were great but the video is awesome. I’m glad I got it looks good and seems really steady.

Tow hitch was delivered quickly, directions were easy to understand, took me about 45mins to install hitch and the wiring harness. This hitch is more noticeable , not as hidden as the one I had on my 2017 Highlander
Easy install. I did it in a Walmark parking lot because my HOA wouldn’t let me install it.

Have not installed the hitch yet. Box was broken open upon receipt. The hitch cap was fortunately still in the box. Basic packing (no cushioning)could be improved. I'll let you know if the install goes well or not.
The hitch survived the trip to me. Instructions were clear. I was able to easily install it in about an hour. Would have been even easier with a second set of hands to hold it up to mount it. It looks better than I thought installed and receiver is flush and tight with the bumper. Trimmed the plastic panel easily with an old fashioned hand powered crosscut saw. Rugged hitch that will pull more than my Highlander can.

I got my Curt Class 111 hitch in record time, 3 days, thanks guys. The packing job was great, not a scratch on the receiver! A buddy and I installed it in less than 30 minutes. Came severely bent. Wouldn’t not bolt up without putting a hydraulic bottle jack between the arms to spread them apart. Your customer service people were friendly and emailed instructions on how to make the adjustments. After phone calls and about 2 hrs of extra work I got the hitch installed. I am a construction professional, some people may not have the tools or talent to make the hitch repairs. The manufacturer needs to install a spreader bar between the hitch arms to protect the hitch unit from aggressive forklift operators.

It sounds like that the side brackets were knocked out of alignment which is why the bolt holes are not lining up. This can happen while in transit to our facility or to you. It sounds like we sent over the FAQ that provides ways to move the brackets back into alignment so the hitch can be installed. I am glad that you were able to install the hitch.

Quality product that I was able to install myself on a 2022 Toyota Highlander. A little heavy at 44 lbs but I was able to support the hitch in place with 2 jack stands while I installed the bolts. Easy to follow instructions that were specific to my vehicle. I would highly recommend to anyone who hesitates to pay the dealer markup.
