Fit was perfect. Install wasn't that difficult. We've pulled a small uhaul trailer coast to coast with this as well as used it for a bike rack which I've loved much more than attaching a rack directly to the car.
Great product. Difficult installation (definitely let a pro do it) but turned out awesome ! ..Had to modify the frame rail for bolting and seems like this could be better fitted for the Juke.....Neither one of my 2 hitches came with hitch pins though, a small error but still awesome and fast shipping on both!

They have several links to order on, I got the site which did not ask if FWD or AWD so the wrong hitch was sent. After spending over 20 minutes on hold I was told Nissan failed to install weld nuts in the frame so it's my problem. Looking around in the net I find there is one for FWD and AWD so I happen to get on their other site and there they have a drop down with that option. WHY was this question asked when I called in? In order to get the correct hitch I was charged to ship their mistake back.
This receiver fit just as described. No "hitches" in the installation other than with the vehicle itself. I had to use a stepper bit to enlarge an access hole in the frame to feed the bolts through. The bolt threading wire is ingenious and made a seemingly impossible job a breeze.
Very well satisfied with the hitch. Shipping was super fast. Installation was easier the video described. I was able to install by myself without dropping the muffler.
This is an excellent hitch for the money. The company support staff followed this all the way through the process and delivery. Correcting many errors I had made in the ordering process and making sure all packages arrived in a timely fashion. Thank you for the assistance and the professional way this was handled.
Hitch fit very well. Installation went easier with the driver's side wheel removed. Pictures in instructions could be clearer.
Excellent product - designed for a very small vehicles to tow light loads.
Note the 2,000 lb. load limit!
The hitch itself is decent. The images in the directions are next to impossible to figure out and the 40 minute install time is a joke. Maybe it can be done in 40 minutes if you have a complete shop and a lift. Doing it on your back on the floor was closer to 3 hours.
Nice hitch took 30 minures to install. See how well it does with two electric bikes hanging on it.

Pretty easy install.. Very little room left between muffler hanger and bracket.. But other than that.. Not bad..
