Today we'll be reviewing part number CE17701ATB. This is a CE Smith single axle trailer fender, with aluminum tread plate design, designed to fit 12 inch wheels. This part number includes 1 fender. The round fender is going to cover 1 tire on your single axle trailer. It's also going to act as a splash guard, to help keep road debris from hitting other vehicles, and to help protect your trailer's cargo. The diamond tread plating provides a stylish look and a non-slip surface. It's made from a sturdy, lightweight 14 gauge aluminum construction, that is designed to help resist corrosion. This is a bolt-on installation.
The mounting brackets for the bolt-on install are sold separately. You can find those with part number CE26061G-2. It does feature 2 curved edges, to give it a nice sleek design. It's also going to help trap in that debris. This is designed to work with single axle trailers with 12-inch diameter wheels. Go over a few measurements real quick.
Overall length is going to measure 23.5 inches long. Overall height is going to be 6.5 inches, and the overall width is going to measure right at 7 inches. These were installed on a home made motorcycle trailer. So far so good, they look great but importantly they work very well. Very solid fenders, highly recommend.
I installed a pair of the CE Smith Single Axle trailer fenders on my company's small utility trailer used to haul automotive parts. Drilled two holes in each fender and through bolted them to the deck support frame. Very sturdy and expect them to last considerably longer than the trailer's original plastic fenders. I'm very happy with these fenders.
On the same trailer I installed 6 of the Brophy Swiveling D-Ring Anchors. I installed the anchors' backing plates under the trailer's aluminum frame and through bolted the forward most anchor through the tongue bracket. I'm very happy with the result and with this product as the trailer's utilty had previously been hampered due to the lack of tie downs.
Great looking and sturdy. Much nicer than the flimsy plastic fenders that were on my jetski trl.

As a product it's very nice,a few more options for mounting this would be great ,this is a polished fender,a polished machined aluminum mount to the trailer to make it look as good as this fender

Outstanding!
I ordered these to replace the original fenders on a Snowbear trailer. I had to get 1.5 inch rubber spacers to offset the mounts on the fenders themselves. This was due to the trailer configuration. I would recommend them to a friend.
Got my fenders for my teardrop trailer and they are perfect, I had ordered from the teardrop company but they were way to big for a standard teardrop so I sent them back and ordered these. They are heavier gauge and the perfect size.
I have ordered other parts from etrailer and service is excellent.
Very nice -- will use these to replace the cheap ones that came with my trailer kit from a different vendor. Be sure to order the mounting brackets as well, because it would be difficult to attach them otherwise.
