Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this replacement aluminum trailer fender. This fender is going to cover one tire on the side of your single actual Boat Mate boat trailer. This will help to block road debris from hitting other vehicles and to help protect your trailers cargo. When you're replacing a fender, it's always best to match the dimensions of the new fender to your old one. So if your original fender was damaged during a blowout or some other type of accident, you can use the opposite fender to get the dimensions for you.
But this fender here, if I'm looking at the outer dimensions, we're going to say it's about 23 1/8 of an inch long. At the base, we're looking at approximately 9 3/8 of an inch wide. That does narrow down up at the top. It's only about eight inches wide up here at the top. And then our height, I have it sitting flat on the table.
You can see we're right about 14 inches tall. The inner edge is gonna tilt away from the trailer so that's gonna provide some extra clearance for your boat. We do have a one inch wide outer edge that is rounded for us. And this is made here in the USA of an aluminum construction. So it is gonna be rustproof and corrosion resistant and also very lightweight and only weighs about five pounds.
It's gonna be very easy to get bolted on. You've got your bolt holes here on both sides that are going to accept the mounting bracket for your Boat Mate boat trailer. The mounting bracket and mounting hardware are not included so it is a good idea to reuse your original hardware if possible. Otherwise, you have to replace that yourself as it's not included here. But overall, a really great option to replace a fender for your single axle boat mate boat trailer if you are needing to replace one.

Easily bolt onto your trailer.These fenders were just what I was looking for, great fit, had to plug the pre-drilled holes since I was not putting on a Boat Mate Trailer. Drilled new holes to fit my trailer and everything went great. A++++

I had to redrill all mounting holes. However the fenders seem to be holding up fine
