Today we're going to be taking a look at the Paneloc 5 knuckle butt hinge. This hinge lets your door swing open and closed. It's going to feature a non-removable pin with spun ends that holds the leaves together and provides extra security. This is going to be perfect for use in vehicles and RVs where vibration may occur that could potentially knock and removable pin out of place. That's a nice design and feature of this unit. It's made from a stainless steel construction so it's very strong and durable, and does a great job at resisting rust and corrosion. The mounting plate is going to feature 4 pre-drilled holes for an easy installation.
Mounting hardware is not included. These holes are going to be separated apart from one another on center by 1 inch, and the holes have a diameter of 3/16 of an inch. Taking a look at the overall dimensions of the unit, starting with the length. It's going to measure an inch and a half by an inch and a half.
