Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this three hole Stainless Steel Butt Hinge. This is three inches tall by three inch wide, durable stainless steel construction. This will do a great job of helping to support your cabinets, doors, or panels and things to that stainless steel construction. It is going to resist corrosion. It also has a 2B Mill finished.
You have the metal, a nice bright shine. So, it will look really nice for you. That's gonna be great for either commercial or residential applications, because it is gonna be very durable and it's gonna hold up well and do a great job for you. It's a very simple bolt-on installation. You've got these 3/16 of an inch diameter holes that are pre-drilled on both sides.
They do have the countersink design so that your screw heads are going to sit nice and flush the eliminating any interference when you're closing. These holes are spaced out from center to center. Those outer holes are right at, I'm gonna call it 2 3/8 of an inch. Our outer to inner hole there is approximately 1 3/16 of an inch. And then that center hole is set back approximately a quarter of an inch from the center of that, those top holes.
We do have 3/4 inch knuckles that are allowing our plates to rotate around our 3/16 inch diameter tight pin here. So, we're gonna have 270 degrees of rotation to give us plenty of range of motion. And this hinge is made here in the USA, so you can trust it's made to the high quality standards that we've come to know and trust for products that are made here in the U.S. So, if you are looking for a 3" x 3", three hole butt hinge, this is gonna be a great option for you. The hinge at a good price compared to elsewhere.
It’s heavy duty and will handle the steel doors that I am welding to.
A few less stars the pin pean over was just ok and the edges need deburing.

- Replacement Hinge for Storage Door I would be happy to help you but I do not have any way of knowing what hinge is currently on your 2019 Forest River Sandpiper. A lot of our hinges are similar to the item # MA77ZR or item # MA85VR. If you could email me a picture of what your hinge looks like along with some measurements I would be more then happy to look for one that'll fit your 5th wheel.
