Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at the Demco Lunette Ring with five position adjustable channel. This lunette ring is designed to couple with a pintle hitch so that you can hook up to your tow vehicle and pull your trailer. This does have a weight capacity of 25,000 pounds. The channel bracket that we have here is going to allow you to adjust the height of your ring to accommodate different tow vehicles.

If you've got different work trucks that you're using to pull the same trailer, you'll be able to adjust the height so that you are level and not making the back of the trailer dip down too far or making it bend forward too much.Our dimensions for our channel here, our overall link will be right about 12". Let me move this over so you can see a little bit better, right about 12" tall. Our inner width where that ring is going to attach, right at 3". Our mounting holes here, you can see we've got six of them. They are right about 2" apart, center to center.

It's going to offer us a five different mounting locations as there are two bolts for the ring there. We're going to have a total height adjustment of about 9".The bracket here is going to weld onto your trailer. You've got a nice flat back here, should be very easy to get welded in place. And then our lunette is going to bolt into the bracket with the included hardware. You're not going to have to worry about that.

This is made of a sturdy steel construction. And our lunette ring does have a zinc plating on it that's going to offer more corrosion resistance. It's going to last a long time and hold up well and we're not going to have to worry about rust or corrosion, anything like that. It does have a 200 hour salt spray rating, so it is going to be very durable, hold up well for us.For the lunette ring itself, you have dimensions of 3" for our inner diameter and our outer diameter is right about 6". This is made here in the USA and it does come with a one year warranty from Demco.

It's nice to know, being made in the USA, it's held to those high quality standards that we can trust and coming with that one year warranty from Demco, that they stand behind their product. We know that if we we're to get this attached and we we're to have problems with it, we could call them up and they would help us out. Knowing they stand behind their product gives us a little bit more confidence.But I think this is going to be a great option for those of you who are looking for a new lunette ring for your trailer. That height adjustment is going to be big if you're using multiple vehicles to tow the one trailer.
